My 1st experience was very pleasant.. I drop my car off the night Before and the tech said someone will call u in morning with an update......they did!!.. My hood would not open on my 98 750il. They order the part and did the repair on my car. and with in a few days my car was ready. The only complain I have was that they did not replace everything or did not check my driver seat that the power control for the seat was not put back on. I was able to put back on very simple to me, but for another it was have been a little change. Bottom line is to fix one part of my car and not damage something else. all in all I will use them again.
I went there to have them check on my headlight Issue and the tall guys says I have after market headlights and cant help me which I am 200% sure that I have oem parts on it. The other guy who work at the desk couldnt fix it even with the reprogramming. I will keep it anonymous of my headlight issue but I had to fix it by myself and everything works perfectly.
It is a great place to go if you have problem with your NAME. They are very good.
