The meeting room was fine but nothing fancy. Audio and video worked well for the presentations. The catering was good- the food was flavorful and they had plenty of options. Parking was plentiful. Some areas of the building were under construction but it didn't limit anything. Overall, a decent experience.
Stayed for three nights and it was horrible. My friends staying in a separate room were bitten all over by bed bugs. They switched rooms and found an actual insect (alive) between the sheets in the next room. When presented with the evidence the hotel still expected full payment, because they claimed "specialists" they'd hired hadn't found anything. The breakfast was a disgrace and the staff overseeing the food were too militant, requiring tickets for entry and refusing to let you take your food to your room, even after providing a valid ticket. Housecleaning took our towels without replacing them. When I asked the cleaning lady for three types i was given two... With no talks of at least delivering one more towel later even after I asked. The rooms weren't cleaned very well and customer service was just lacking. Especially since we came with multiple family and friends who booked so many rooms.
I have been staying here every week for about 2 months. The hotel is under renovation but all in all it's a very nice hotel and a good location for convenience stores and fast-food restaurants. All of the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful
Stay here whenever I'm in the area. Very convenient if your visiting or working at the arena. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I haven't used the restaurant because there are a ton of great places within walking distance. Recently remodeled rooms is always a plus.
Overall it was a pleasant experience for the 2 days I was there. When I first went in side the room, I was confused. The smell in the room was horrible. The rancid smell made me think of cigarette smoke. I quickly looked around, and found the dirty heater. I turned it off. Soon it got better smelling.
